Undoboy

Originally from Malaysia, Undoboy (http://www.undoboy.com) now resides in New York City. After graduating with a BFA in Graphic Design from the Ringling School of Art and Design in 2005, he worked as an interactive designer at Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami before becoming an art director in the New York office of JWT. He has done some award-winning work for Burger King, Mini Cooper, Volkswagen, CokeZero, Sprite, JetBlue and Halls while he was joining CP+B & JWT.

Undoboy is influenced by Japanese designs, an influence he attributes to growing up with manga and Japanese/Hong Kong pop culture. Along with his design influences, he highly respects fine artists such as Andy Warhol, and is obsessed with icon and character design, with gradient colors being one of his trademarks. He produced his own line of toys called Super-Bastard (http://super-bastard.com), which is well received by the public. Publication that features his works includes Vapors, IDN, Metropolis Japan, Playtimes, Wonkavision, Pictoplasma, Victionary, etc.
