Jens Sjobergh
Jens Sjobergh is a 21-year old Swede who woke up one morning and found himself in Los Angeles; his plaintive cries for help can be seen at www.airgroom.com. His digital work is a natural extension of his street art. As such, his style mixes a sense of urban grit and decay with the gleam of materialistic dreams.
With no classical art education, Jens developed his technique by doing, out in the streets, and in front of the computer his eyes bleeding from both, but for different reasons. He’s a member of crew 10 at Hyper Island (www.hyperisland.se), Sweden’s top interactive school, and is currently taming tigers in the wild and designing tattoos for old sailors.
